By downloading, accessing, or using the Eventify mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Eventify is a utility application that allows users to organize event information locally on their device. Users can manually input data or use links from supported platforms (like Instagram) to extract public information for personal organization purposes.
Eventify operates as an offline-first application. All data entered, imported, or generated is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud server to store your personal event data. You are solely responsible for backing up your device data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other technical issues.
The App includes functionality to extract data from third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram). This functionality is provided for your personal convenience only.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You agree that you will not use the App to scrape or collect data in violation of third-party rights or privacy laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App or the data extracted using the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Eventify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
