You are solely responsible for backing up your device data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other technical issues.

The App includes functionality to extract data from third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram). This functionality is provided for your personal convenience only.

• We do not guarantee the continuous availability of extraction features, as third-party platforms may change their structure at any time.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You agree that you will not use the App to scrape or collect data in violation of third-party rights or privacy laws.
